Early C19. Small terrace of 2 storeys. Bath stone on projecting plinth. String at 1st floor cill level (inscribed and badly painted ‘Waterloo Place’ to left). Small cornice. Tall parapet with balustraded panels, some of these removed, and moulded coping. Hipped slate roof. Each house has 1 narrow window to left and 1 window both 4 pane wide sashes, on 1st floor. 1 wide window, 4 pane sash, in arched stone recess to right on ground floor and elaborate 6 panel door, shaped panels, arched fanlight of radiating and wreathed pattern with rosette ornament in slightly recessed arches. All doors have cast iron lion’s heads with brass knockers.
