C18. 3 storey brick house with stone quoins. Stone string at 1st floor level Old tile mansard roof with central brick stack. Two 3-light casements on 2nd floor (formerly wider). Ground and 1st floor windows have 3 light windows and cement lintels. 2 outer flanking panels on 1st floor. 2 outer modern doors in stone architraves with plain stone surround and flat moulded stone hood on cut brackets. Good proportion. Approached from road by modern flight of steps.



Westcroft, Stable Block to Westcroft, Building to north-west and wall, and Nos 1 and 2 Waldron’s Square form a group with the listed buildings on the north side of the Conigre.
