Former farmhouse, now detached house. Late C17. Squared and coursed rubble with flush rusticated dressed stone quoins, stone dressings, ashlar copings and stacks and stone slate roofs with end stone stacks, that to left paired. Two-storeys and attic, 5-window south front with 3 gables to attic. Windows to ground and first floor are ovolo-moulded cross-mullions, those to attic are 2-light ovolo-moulded mullions, all with small pane leaded casements. Moulded plinth course, continuous string courses above ground and first floor windows with flush relieving arches over, hoodmoulds to attic windows also with relieving arches and blocked keyed oculi below gable apexes. Central part-glazed plank door. Lower contemporary rear service range of 2 storeys; further C20 kitchen wing to rear. Interior. Chamfered beams throughout ground floor; inglenook fireplace in ground floor room to right; through passage with stone flags; fireplace with bolection surround and moulded mantel in ground floor room to left.
