Detached house. Early to late C18. Random rubble stone, stone slate roof to right hand build, double Roman tiled roof to left, stone stacks. Two parallel ranges. Two-storey, 7-window. Double half-glazed door in cyma-moulded architrave to centre of right hand range, two 2-light cyma-mullioned casements to left, one blocked 2- light and 3-light mullioned casement to right. Lintel string course carried up over doorway, first floor has four 2-light mullioned casements and one blocked. Range to left has gabled porch with Tudor-arched inner doorway, 2-light C19 ovolo-mullioned casement and C20 steel casement to left, 2-light recessed cyma- mullioned casement and 2-light C20 casement to first floor. Right return has 2-light ground floor casement and 12-pane sash to first floor of rear range. Left return has C20 casement inserted into former garage or cart opening. Rear has double C20 doors and small casements. Interior not accessible at time of survey (June 1987).
