An outbuilding attached to a farmhouse from the 1600s or 1700s made of limestone rubble. It has a stone slate roof, is one story tall with an attic, and has three bays. There are two C20 doors and timber windows. There is a large stone stack in the centre bay and a C20 stair to the attic room with a dormer to the south. The fireplace internally has a heavy timber fire lintel and brick oven replacing an earlier oven.
