House, now divided into flats. Early C19. White brick front, rendered sides, slate roof with a wide paired mutule eaves soffit and fluted bargeboards. Two internal cruciform chimney-stacks. EXTERIOR: Two storeys. The front is divided by shallow brick pilasters and has small 2-storey wings with parapets to north and south. 3-window range to the central section: 12-pane sashes in plain reveals with flat gauged arches and stone sills to the 1st storey and similar larger windows to the ground storey. A raised brick band runs between the storeys. The wings each have a single blank window to the upper storey, but on the ground storey there is a 12-pane sash window on the south and a door with plain rectangular fanlight on the north. The central 6-panel door has a plain rectangular fanlight and is set within a wood Doric doorcase with a triglyph frieze and modillion cornice. INTERIOR: not inspected.
