Farmhouse, C18, ashlar, squared rubble stone and rendered with stone-tiled roofs, coped gables, end wall stacks and ridge stack to main range, coped west gable and C20 outside stack to west extension. Two storeys. Main range originally 4-window with 4 upper recessed cyma-moulded 2-light windows, three 2-light windows and one 3-light to ground floor. Plank door in chamfered surround with shallow slab porch between left pair of windows. Dripcourse over ground floor. One window range extension to east, coursed rubble, probably C19, with single upper light and paired ground floor lights. Lower extension to west end, rendered with flush bead-moulded windows, single light above and 2 pairs to ground floor. Small paned casements throughout. Interior: Tudor-arched unmoulded fireplace at west end of main range.
