NORTH WRAXALL UPPER WRAXALL ST 87 SW 4/483 Laurel Farmhouse II Farmhouse, late C17 to C18, rubble stone with stone tiled roofs and ashlar stacks, one and a half and two storeys. L-plan with further additions. Main north front in 2 sections, left side with east end stack, right side with wallface stack and west end stack. Left side 2-window range with heavy cornerstones, dormer gable to left and early C19 openings with glazing bar windows, 12-pane to dormer gable, 9-pane to right, both floors. Door to left with overlight. Rear has original 2-light ovolo-moulded mullion window to each floor, blocked above, casements below with hoodmould over. Right side one window range with first floor 12-pane thick glazing bar sash in earlier C18 raised moulded surround, and ground floor early C19 16-pane sash. Converted outbuildings attached to west not of special interest. Rear wing with ridge stack and west front of 2 coped dormer gables with 2-light flush mullion windows over similar 3-light window to ground floor right, all cyma-moulded with hoodmoulds, and later long casement pair to left. Central C19 6- panel door in moulded doorcase. Stone porch with stone tiled roof. A further range runs east from rear of wing, parallel to front range, one window range with dormer gable to north and south and ridge stack original extended to east c1975.
