House, C18 on earlier core, ashlar with stone tiled roof, coped gables and corniced ashlar end wall stacks. Two and two-and-a-half storeys. Plinth, platband and earlier C18 coved eaves cornice. 12-pane sash windows without architrave surrounds. 4-window range of alternate single sash and paired sashes to first floor, 2 paired sashes, door and paired sash to ground floor. 6-panel door in raised moulded surround with pediment on brackets over. Two storey and attic rear range with mansard roof and east end stack. North end former stable with timber lintel over entry and circular light over. Attached at frontis early C19 rubble stone wall with coping ramped up to ashlar gate piers with pyramid caps. C20 iron rails. Interior: large Tudor-arched C17 moulded fireplace backs on to cross-passage. Stone arched cellar under south end.
