Farmhouse and boundary wall and railings. Early C19 with later additions. Squared and coursed rubble with flush rusticated ashlar quoins, colourwashed ashlar to north-east front, double span Welsh slate roof with ashlar copings and end ashlar stacks. Two-storey, 3-window north-east front. Windows are 16-pane sashes with a 12- pane sash to central upper window. Central doorway with deep reveal and door with 2 moulded panels, 2 rectangular lights and rectangular fanlight with linked circle motif. Plinth course, first floor platband. Later addition to north-west wall. Garden boundary wall of squared rubble with ashlar coping and ashlar piers at ends, central wrought iron spear railings with urn finials and further ashlar piers to central gate.
