House, C18 or C19, perhaps originally built as outbuilding for Brook Cottage. Coursed limestone rubble, and brick gable. Stone slate roof. Single storey and attic, 4 bays. C20 doors and windows, the right bay with door and window disguising garage opening. Stone and brick stacks, one with oven projecting to rear. Listed for group value.
