GV II Barn and stalls c1874 for W. H. Poynder of Hartham Park, squared small ashlar block and stone-tiled roofs. Barn has coped gables to north and south and to opposed projecting gabled cart-entries. Plinth and moulded eaves. Ventilation loops around, alternately at upper and lower level. Door to north of each cast entry with relieving arch over. 7 bays with broad centre bay, double purlin roof with tie-beam-and-collar trusses and angle posts. Running west from north west corner, range of 7 seven open stalls with timber posts and coped west gable. Part of an unusually elaborate Victorian estate farm.
