Circa 1790s. 2 storey and basement. Bath stone on projecting plinth. Strings at 1st floor level and over 1st floor windows. Parapet with projecting coping mansard old tile roof, with modern attic light in gable. Glazing bar sash windows, 2 on 1st floor. 1 window on ground floor and 8-panel door in plain surround with shallow scroll brackets, cornice and pediment and approached by 5 steps. Contemporary rails. Half-glazed basement door.
Hoe 25 to 29 (consec) form a group.
