Cottage. C18. Rubblestone with Roman tiled roof, brick stack to left. Set back and at right angles to street. 2 storeys, 2 windows. Beaded 6-panel door is right of centre and with planked porch. Single light cyma moulded casement to right and 2-light cyma moulded mullioned window to left. Above are two 2-light cymna moulded mullioned windows with 8-pane sashes. Right return is brick with lean-to corrugated iron out-building. Left return has one small casement to right. Rubblestone outshut to rear with casement window. Interior not inspected. This cottage notable as a good unaltered example of the early C18 stone cottages common in this parish.
