Attached house in group. Mid C19. Ashlar, Welsh slate roof, gable end on to street. 2-storey, 1-window. Door in classical wooden porch to right, canted bay to left. First floor has one casement with margin lights and canopy. Gable has good bargeboards with traceried carving and trefoils. Circular classical plaque to gable. Brick rear with pantiled roof. Group value with Nos 15, 15a and 15b (q.v.).
