House in row. Early C19, rendered, with Welsh slate roof. Two storeys, 2 wide bays. Central flush panelled door over 2 steps, and right end half-glazed door to through passage. Sixteen-pane sashes. Sill band. Left gable stack. To rear, a C17 or early C18 3-light ovolo-moulded window with flat coved drip-mould. The house was once called Gunter’s Place, and the side passage Mormion’s Passage.
