House. Late C18/early C19. Part timber-framed with render; faced in white brick; C20 double Roman tiles; wide eaves overhang. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attics. 3 window range: 3 16-pane sashes in flush cased frames with wide flat gauged arches; the middle window is a slightly smaller replacement. On the ground storey, 2 Edwardian canted 3-light bays have sash windows with a single vertical glazing-bar to the centre light only. A single dormer in the front slope of the roof has a segmental lead-covered roof and a 2-light 4-paned casement window. The central entrance door is recessed in a wood doorcase with panelled reveals, plain pilasters and a flat cornice hood. INTERIOR: with no visible earlier features. A small cellar is lined with brick and flint. A winder stair with stick balusters rises to the attic storey: it has an unusually well-made curved handrail.
